No Zul'Gurub In Cata..

Still trying to understand what they are doing here. I have read that the area is now a lower area for questing and whatnot..  Ok, so where are the mounts going.  Rumors are claiming that there are 5 man runs coming out of this.  I wonder, but still, what about the mounts.  I have been running Zul'Gurub since I was able to solo this boss with my Pally, still have nothing to show for it out of all the runs I have made.  Ah Well, I guess I will need to step it up a bit and hope for the best..

Have not had the chance to get a group shot of all the drakes together.  Now one of my characters switched servers.  I will try to get them tonight, but definitely by the end of the weekend.  Sad part is I would have had two more by now but missed one by a few minutes.  The other was a stolen kill by an Alliance.  Ah well, still camping.

Up To Three...

Last night I managed to land my third Time-Lost Proto-Drake for my 80 Rogue.  Was a surprise to see the spawn, but glad he spawned.  Will put up some pics of all three later this evening.  Three down two to go and hopefully it will not take me as long to get those two.

The Illusive Time-Lost Proto-Drake..

I came across this creature searching out information on the rares located in Storm Peaks.  Was working on the achievement Frostbitten and needed some creatures form this zone.  While not on the list of creatures needed for the achievement this rare drops a mount that is highly sought after, Reins of the Time-Lost Proto-Drake.  With a lot of research and the help of a person I met online, who directed me to his research site, I managed to take this rare down and now own the Drake.  I will go into a bit more detail on the Drake later but here are some pics of my new mount.

Wow, almost a year and have not posted anything.  Well, I should be getting this thing back up and running with some in game WoW pics and other funny stuff...

The Nether Drake..

A new mount I am working on is the Nether Drake.  This awesome flying mount is not easy to obtain.  While there is not a lot of hard battling and mob fighting, you do have to gain an exalted reputation with the Netherwing faction.  There is a great guide giving you everything you need to get there located at WoWHead.com.  Here are a couple of pics I took of my Death Knight riding one in Shadowmoon Valley.

If you try for this mount, good luck, it is expected to be at least a week grind.
